Alexandria Dive Club offers four class options:  Dive Lessons - Advanced Diving - JO Pre-Team - J.O. Team

AAU Memebership

Register your athlete for an AAU membership.  AAU membership is required for all divers on our pool deck. This registration is once per year and goes from Aug to Aug. Please provide the information below:

USA Diving

Register your athlete for a USA Diving membership (Advanced, Pre Team, and JO divers).  Please provide the information below:

DIVE LESSONS

There are no experience or age requirements for dive lessons, but it is typically for ages 10 and below. Lesson classes are perfect for beginners who want to learn about the sport and develop their skills. These classes focus on diving fundamentals including diving safety, approach, positions, and entry skills. Each Class is limited to 10 Divers (First come first serve).

ADVANCED LESSONS

Advanced lesson classes are for athletes ages 10 and above. The advanced classes focus on incorporating increased conditioning, increased DD, and further refinement of all diving skills. These classes are perfect for summer and high school divers who wish to gain an edge during their competition season. Divers will have 30 min stretch and warm up and 1 hour in the water. *Divers can take up to 3 days a week of class*

J.O. PRE TEAM (Junior Olympics)  Invite Only

The pre team J.O. program will further build on the fundamentals detailed in the advanced lesson classes. Divers within this group are groomed to be the next national competition divers.

J.O. (Junior Olympics)  Invite Only

J.O. divers compete at the national level. This invite only program will focus on skill progressions, executions, flexibility, form, mental training, and a further refinement of all skills needed at the national level.
